Cancelation policy :
• Deposit (non-refundable): €399 or €499 of the full amount is non-refundable. This secures your spot and covers fixed booking/admin costs. No matter if you pay it in instalments or at once this part stay the same.
• Balance (refundable): The remaining amount is refundable. In case if sudden unexpected difficulties occur and the participant can not travel Girl on the Wave will postpone it to a possible date free of charge.
Don’t worry if you book with one-time payment -10% OFF. The balance part is refundable the same.
In very particular and documented cases we can review the situation and may be able to offer you a full refund. We might also move your booking to another date, subject to availability. You will get a support and help.

For regular bookings: You pay in 3 instalments 399 EUR (Courtyard Room) or 499 EUR (Ocean View) of the booking fee plus the rest 50% 3 months and 50% 1 month before the surf camp. You choose the amount of the booking fee now and we contact you back with a proper instalment contract by mail.
