How is surfing in Morocco in the winter ?
Is a top-notch. The swell is the biggest in the year (up to 15 ft) so you can expect even for 2.5-3 m waves. In a huge day like this itβs absolutely enough to surf a less exposed spot with waves up to 1-1.5 m. Welcome to clear regular sandy banks and to consistent point breaks.
Temperature of the water is about 16-18 C. Temperature of the air 20-26 C in the shadow. It is a perfect Sunny wavy time in the high arabic surfing season.
And so many surf spots to discover!!! Counting from the south Banana Point, Spiders, Devil Rocks, Crocs, Panorama, Taghazout, Anchor Pint, Mysteries, La Source, Killer Point, Camel Point, Dessert Point, Donkeyβs, Draculaβs, famous Boilers and Tamri. And more to the north? A the splendid Imsounane!!!

Taghazout is located on Morroco's Atlantic Ocean coastline, 19 km north of Agadir and 152 km south of Essaouira. Inland it is surrounded by the western foothills of the High Atlas. It is a fishermenβs vilage.
In addition to its beaches and top-notch surfing points that have quality surf for beginner, intermediate and expert surfers, Taghazout also attracts visitors looking for calm and tranquility away from more visited destinations such as Marrakech and Agadir. Taghazout also serves as a convenient base to do other activities such as day trips to Paradise Valley trip, visiting Argan oil factories, camel riding on the beach, yoga retreats, paddle boarding and kayaking.
Cli Surf Morocco Surf Villa is located on the oceanside of Taghazout in front of Imourane Beach. Cli Surf Morocco Surf School has 15 years of experience and great licensed surfing teachers. The school is located in the surf villaβs lodge just in front of Taghazout Bay. The level of surf lessons fits to all level of surfing skills with 1 instructor for 5 students. Double surf sessions per day. One instructed and the second one supervised. Girl on the Wave surf workshops program with video analysis
Go pro video recordings are very important part of each Girl on the Wave surf camp. They help to notice mistakes better and process the change. In the effect to progress faster and in more effective way.
Sharing time with other students as much as with more experienced surfers is the best way to build up surf identity. Surfing is an individual sport and it requires a lot of personal effort but being in the group gives an extra strength. Ocean never stops giving lessons but we can learn a lot from each other.
All Girl on the Wave surf camps surf provide surf workshops based on go pro video recordings but also surf tutorials, theory and more supportive elements shared and experienced in the group.

My name is Margherita. I am a Polish surfer, digital nomad and surf entrepreneur. I live in Ericeira in Portugal. As a founder and the leader of Girl on the Wave surf project I share my surfing dream with people from all over the world. I have been to Morocco many times between 2015-2017 as a traveler. Last year I opened 3 surf camps there. It was a big joy. I am happy planning to come back in 2023, see all my moroccan friends and bring more surfing guests. I hope there will be also some boys and girls who will also come back with me.

How to book it safe ?
The first part of the payment 299 EUR is required to book a place. Deadline for the rest of the payment will be settled 1 month before your arrival.
The first part of the payment is non refundable. Second part of the payment might be changed into voucher in case of un unexpected cause.
How about your travel to Morocco ?
There are multiply flights including cheap flights ro Agadir from different European cities like Lisbon, Madrid, Barcelona, Budapest, Frankfurt, Berlin, Hamburg, Paris, Vienna, Prague or Rome. You can check flights operated by Lufthansa, TAP or Royal Air Maroc.
For Polish people there is Wizzair from Warsaw to Marrakesh and Ryanair from Cracov directly to Agadir (very cheap!) or a small chech Smart Wings from Warsaw too.
